Send it to the ZD421 with Zebra Setup Utilities → "Open Communication With Printer" → Send File, or copy /b label.zpl \\PC\ZD421 if the printer is shared, or drop it on a port-9100 printer with nc printer-ip 9100 < label.zpl. Print via driver opens a 3×1.5 in page for the Windows/macOS Zebra driver.
